Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods or seasonal sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
We ship our products internationally from our strategic fulfillment hubs. We primarily serve the United States and other major global markets.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

International Delivery: Shipping to certain remote areas or during peak seasons (such as the holidays) may result in slightly longer transit times.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Get squishy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other import costs).
Under the Laws of Hong Kong, our international shipments are processed with accurate documentation to ensure the smoothest possible transition through customs.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us immediately at getsquishy@outlook.com with clear photos of the issue.

Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
