Return policy

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:

  • Condition: The squishy must be in its original, unopened “mellow” state. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, stretched, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase in your communication.

  • Final Sale Items: Specific sale items and promotional gift cards are non-refundable.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us first at getsquishy@outlook.com. Our support team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after the inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5–10 business days).

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at getsquishy@outlook.com with clear photos or a short video of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy and any disputes related to your purchase are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong.
